Vplay Sportz
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any of Vplay Sportz LLP’s facilities, services, or website. By accessing our venues or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Vplay Sportz LLP
Vplay Sportz LLP is a sports and fitness company incorporated under Indian law, operating multi-sport facilities in Kolkata. Our venues include Vplay Newtown, Vplay Ilead Topsia, and Vplay Woodsquare. We provide sports grounds, gymnasium, coaching academies, and event management services to individuals, families, and corporate clients.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Use of our facilities is open to all ages, subject to activity-specific requirements and safety guidelines.
- Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or have written parental consent for academy enrolment and unsupervised activity.
- First-time visitors must complete a registration form and agree to our house rules and waiver before participating in any activity.
- Vplay Sportz reserves the right to refuse entry or membership to any individual at our sole discretion.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings for sports grounds, courts, and gym sessions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our enquiry forms.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a booking, as communicated at the time of reservation.
- Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval from Vplay Sportz management.
- Vplay Sportz reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. All confirmed bookings will honour the rate agreed at the time of booking.
- Corporate events and Academy enrolments are governed by separate agreements; these general terms apply unless superseded by such agreements.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full credit or rescheduling at management’s discretion.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session time will forfeit the booking fee, unless due to a facility-side cancellation by Vplay Sportz.
- In the event of cancellation by Vplay Sportz (e.g., due to facility maintenance, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be offered a full rescheduling or credit note.
- Cash refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Memberships are non-refundable once activated, unless a written complaint is raised within 7 days of purchase.
5. Conduct & House Rules
All visitors, members, and participants at Vplay Sportz facilities are expected to:
- Behave respectfully towards staff, coaches, and fellow participants at all times.
- Wear appropriate sports attire and footwear as required for each activity.
- Follow all safety instructions given by our coaches, trainers, and facility staff.
- Refrain from using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behaviour.
- Not bring alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, or weapons onto the premises.
- Adhere to designated smoking zones; smoking inside facilities is strictly prohibited.
- Respect all equipment and report any damage immediately to staff.
Vplay Sportz reserves the right to remove any person from the facility without refund if these rules are violated.
6. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver
- Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness and health before engaging in any physical activity at our facilities.
- Vplay Sportz strongly recommends that individuals with pre-existing medical conditions consult a physician before participating.
- Vplay Sportz, its partners, coaches, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the use of our facilities, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.
- Participants accept the inherent risks associated with sports activities including, but not limited to, Football, Cricket, Paintball, Zorb, Archery, Hoverboarding, and Stunt Cycling.
- Vplay Sportz is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. Visitors are advised to use designated lockers where available.
7. Vplay Football Academy
- Enrolment in the Vplay Football Academy is subject to a separate academy agreement and fee schedule.
- Coaching programmes are designed and supervised by qualified European and Indian coaches in association with our academy partners.
- Vplay Sportz does not guarantee specific outcomes, selections, or placements arising from Academy participation.
- Academy fees, schedules, and batch compositions are subject to change with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
8. Corporate & Events Services
- Corporate sports events and day-out packages are subject to specific event agreements detailing scope, cost, and liability.
- Vplay Sportz provides end-to-end management for events held both within our campus and at external facilities, as agreed in writing.
- Minimum participant numbers and advance deposits may be required to confirm corporate events.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on vplay.in — including the Vplay Sportz name, logo, photographs, videos, and written material — is the intellectual property of Vplay Sportz LLP. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our facilities or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We encourage customers to first contact us directly at book@vplay.in to resolve any issue informally before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
11. Amendments
Vplay Sportz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
